The Cad file is an electronic version of a house plan and contains all of the same information as a construction blueprint set, but in an electronic format. It can be opened in most professional design programs such as AutoCad, allowing you to modify the chosen house.

The PDF file is also an electronic document identical as the construction blueprint set, but it cannot be altered or modified. You can view it by Adobe Reader Software. Download software by click here.

DWG ("drawing") is a format used for storing two and three dimensional design data and BIM metadata, it is the internal format for the AutoCAD Computer Aided Design package. DWG is also the common name for AutoCAD's TrustedDWG, the proprietary DWG technology developed by Autodesk for their AutoCAD package.
